Hong Kong local delivery
Terms-applicable to local delivery in Hong Kong
Delivery fee and payment: All local orders in Hong Kong are free of charge for orders over HK$350, orders below HK$350 will be charged $30 for shipping.
Shipping Service Provider: Local orders in Hong Kong will be shipped by SF Express or Hongkong Post.
Delivery arrangement: All deliveries will be arranged within 2-3 working days after payment is confirmed.
Delivery time: We estimate that under normal circumstances, the local delivery service will take approximately 2-4 working days (depending on the delivery service provider).
Overseas shipping (including Mainland China, Taiwan, Macau and all non-Hong Kong/China/Taiwan/Australia regions)
Terms-Applicable to shipping in Mainland China
Delivery fee and payment: All orders in Mainland China need to be directly paid by the customer for additional shipping costs on the order. Shipping costs will be calculated based on the area and the weight of the item.
Shipping service provider: orders from Mainland China will be sent out in Hong Kong in compliance with customs declaration and shipped by EMS.
Delivery arrangement: All deliveries will be arranged within 2-5 working days after payment is confirmed.
Delivery time: We estimate that under normal circumstances, it will take about 7-14 working days for the delivery service of orders in Mainland China (depending on the delivery service provider).
Customers in Mainland China need to provide the following information for customs declaration
-The real address of the recipient
-ID real name
- identification number

Delivery time: We estimate that under normal circumstances, the service in Taiwan will take about 7-14 working days.
Terms-Applicable to all other non-Hong Kong/Asian regions (international shipping)
Delivery cost and payment: All international shipping orders need to pay additional shipping costs on the order. The freight will be calculated based on the region and the weight of the item.
Delivery service provider: All items will be shipped by Hong Kong Express (EMS), UPS, Fedex, DHL, SF Express, and the choice depends on the region of the delivery address. The shipping service provider is selected by QooMarket, and the most important selection criteria will be determined at the lowest price.

Mail tracking
The online tracking number will be uploaded to the order history page in your account on the website to track the delivery status of the parcel after it is released. If the payment is made by PayPal, it will also be recorded on the PayPal bill and sent to the email of your PayPal account or the email you entered when you created the web account. Please make sure your email address is valid, otherwise you may not receive tracking information.
After shipment
During shipping, it is necessary for the recipient to appear at the shipping address to receive the goods.
If the recipient fails to take back the package within the allowed period, it may be returned to us, and we must charge the same shipping fee again before we resend the package. The re-sent package requires the same shipping cost.
Insurance
